Index Living, Volume One

A new residential scheme in a well-connected pocket of South East London — UNESCO World Heritage borough, ten minutes' walk to Maze Hill station, fifteen minutes to London Bridge, twenty minutes by bike to Canary Wharf.

Five storeys, brick-clad, with planted balconies and an arched ground-floor frontage. Development risk is largely behind us; the scheme is now in detailed design and pre-construction, with start on site anticipated in Q3 2026.

The Index Living network.

More schemes are in active acquisition. Each new building joins the Index Living network as it comes online, named by place — Index Living Greenwich, Index Living Brighton, Index Living Lewisham — building a recognisable platform of well-designed, well-run residential buildings.

Place-based naming. Instantly geographic, instantly memorable, and the format every future scheme will follow. Buyers know where they are buying.

Site-level naming follows a publishing rhythm. Editions can be launched, sold out, and referenced by number — like vinyl pressings or magazine issues. Distinctive in marketing collateral.
